Hello,
The chemo is doing its job and dropping my blood counts very low. I had
to have two transfusions today. Thank you to all who donated blood. My
cousins Sandy & Maureen stopped by last week when they came to give blood.
I also
had to have platelets,
which are golden in color. I got hives from the platelets transfusion.
So I basically spent all day in bed getting transfusions. I am holding
a smile plaque my daughter Gina made for me. I keep on Smiling because
I am in good shape for the condition I am in. The transfusions were expected.
I have no infections, mouth sores etc…. So the prayers are working.
I am dealing with the stem cell transplant very well.
Thank you for all your emails, cards & prayers.
You keep me inspired and give me strength.
