I was so excited to hear that I am a 2017 recipient of this amazing scholarship. I was eleven years old when I was harshly introduced to breast cancer. What your foundation does is truly incredible and means so much to me and my family. Today, I still make corn bags and microwaveable heat packs for the chemo room where my Mom had treatment. I am so grateful for the opportunity to continue my education at Utah State University, and PinkRose Foundation is helping me do this. Thank you again for your support.

Thank you so very much for electing me to receive a PinkRose Scholarship for 2017. My mother passed away when I was twelve years old. This means so much to me, as it takes a large weight off my shoulders when it comes to pursuing my future career. Currently, I attend Penn State University. There I continue my passion for service by getting involved in THON. Thank you again for this opportunity, it means so much to me.
Thank you, Margot |
I would like to express my appreciation to The PinkRose Foundation for selecting me as a 2017 scholarship recipient. I would like to thank the administrators of the program who donate their time for such a worthy cause. I am deeply honored and want to thank each and every donor whose generosity makes it possible for students like me to continue to honor the memory of our lost loved ones as we pursue higher education. With shining green eyes and an angel’s smile, my mother Tara, has impacted my life in a positive way. I was four when she was diagnosed and she passed when I was eleven. I am attending the University of Illinois on my journey to become a licensed veterinarian.
Sincerely, Payton |
I would like to express my sincere thanks for accepting me for this scholarship. I was seven years old when my Mom was diagnosed and she passed when I was eleven. It means so much that a foundation that supports children who have lost a parent to breast cancer can support me with my education. I am attending Northern Arizona University, pursuing my career to be a high school anatomy teacher.
Thank you so much again! Leah |
