The simple joy of walking on Sunday morning on October 15, 2006 brought hope to breast cancer families when enthusiastic members of Team PinkRose, Connie, Carol, Theresa, Jo and Denise, gathered at the Hatch Shell to participate in their eighth Making Strides Against Breast Cancer walk. Team PinkRose members were delighted that this year the sun was shining, and the air was un seasonly warm for a five-mile walk along the Charles River in Boston.

Thanks to all our generous supporters. Together we make a difference in the quality of life for families touched by breast cancer. Team PinkRose has three breast cancer survivors who are very grateful for all the research. Sadly Team PinkRose has also lost two members to breast cancer. More progress in the fight against breast cancer is vital.
